SYNTHETIC FIBER CAN GIVE YOU A NATURAL FEEL?
Fabrics made from false-twist yarns (such as polyester processed yarn DTY) that mimic natural fibers combine the durability of synthetic fibers with the comfort of natural fibers through physical deformation technology. ADVANTAGES OF FALSE TWIST YARN
Wrinkle-Resistant and Wrinkle-Free:
Natural cotton and linen wrinkle easily, while false-twist yarns have excellent elastic recovery, making garments less prone to wrinkling and deformation, and very easy to care for.
Strong and Durable:
False-twist yarns made from synthetic filaments possess high strength and high abrasion resistance, overcoming the drawbacks of natural fibers such as easy breakage or pilling, making the fabric more durable.
Bionic Feel and Luster:
Through special false-twist and deformation processes, fabrics can achieve a rich feel similar to wool, a luster similar to silk, or a dry texture similar to natural linen.
Improved Moisture Wicking:
Modern false twist technology can create a "cotton-like" structure, forming micropores on the yarn surface to enhance wicking and significantly reduce the stuffiness inherent in synthetic fibers.
Shrinkage Resistance After Washing:
Compared to pure cotton and pure wool, which are prone to shrinkage and deformation after washing, false twist yarn fabrics exhibit excellent dimensional stability and are less prone to shrinkage.
